Waranty & Return Information:
General: Prior to sending product back you must get confirmation from an Akadema employee. You can do this by emailing them at akadema@akademapro.com or calling them at 973.304.1470. Best Baseball Mitts is an authorized dealer.
Returns: Within 30 days of product receipt, Akadema will accept returns only on unused products and offer a refund or store credit. From 31-60 days of product receipt, Akadema will offer a store credit. Only unused items are eligible for a return. "Gently used" products will not be accepted.
Product Warranty: The following represent Akadema's warranty on products.
This Warranty will not consider consequential damages, inconveniences, transportation costs or damages, or misuse of product. Akadema does not offer "money back guarantees."
Warranty products will be handled with either a replacement, a repair, or a a refusal.
Stock Baseball Gloves:
9 months from the date of purchase with a receipt.
Warranty includes: Ripping or tears.
Does not include laces.
Akadema will repair products or replace them at their descretion.
Limit one replacement.
Eyewear:
30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. Includes cracked frames or lenses. Does not include: ripped hand cloth.
